At Natural Looks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Due to the nature of cosmetics and personal care products, we have specific guidelines for returns and exchanges.

1. Eligibility for Return

– Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately within 5 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.

– Unopened Items: Unopened and unused products in their original, sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

– Hygiene and Safety: For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on products that have been opened, used or tampered with.

2. Return Process

– Contact Us: To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at Info@naturallooksshop.com or call us on 01080104118 with your order number, a description & photo of the products that you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

– Authorization: We will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send the product back. Returns sent without an RMA number may not be accepted.

– Shipping: You are responsible for the shipping costs of non-damaged/incorrect returns.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
