We strive to get your Natural Looks products to you as quickly and safely as possible.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 4-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
Please note: Processing times may be extended during peak sales periods.
2. Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
3. Tracking Your Order
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email/message notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 2 days for the tracking information to become available.
4. Delivery Issues
– Lost/Stolen Packages:
Natural Looks is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery to the provided address. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
– Incorrect Address:
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package.
Every order has 3 attempts for delivery, in case it has not been delivered at any attempt of the 3, it will be returned within 2 working days.
